Case Details
This client had already hired Mr. Anber to fight another set of his charges in Ottawa when he decided to pick up some more cocaine. One day while driving he was topped by police.
The police engaged in some questionable focuses on which did not go un-noticed by Mr. Anber. They ultimately tricked the accused into admitting he had cocaine and he was arrested.
Although normally the Federal Crown (Public Prosecution Service of Canada) will not offer diversion for cocaine, Mr. Anber was able to work out the withdrawal of the case after a $500 donation was made.
